Hondarrabi Zuri / Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratia
KAberri is a white txakoli made using the Hondarrabi Zuri and Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratia varieties from a vineyard that is over 10 years old and located at 250 metres high.
It is a medium-intensity aromatic wine with aromas of ripened white fruit, sweets, flowers and lactic notes on the nose. Slightly sweet entry, body in the mount and a round and very balanced finish, with hints of lemon.
It is best served with appetisers, vegetable, pasta, rice dishes, shellfish, fish, white meat and fresh cheeses. Best drunk at a temperature of between 8 and 10 ºC.
