TX Berria

TX Berria is excellent served with seasoned rice and pasta dishes, shellfish, grilled fish, white meat stews and fresh cheeses.

This txakoli, made using Hondarrabi Zuri Zerratia grapes, is lemony-yellow in colour with green, clean and bright hues.  It is a medium-low intensity aromatic wine, with hints of very ripe white fruit on the nose, with lactic, vanilla, cinnamon, smoky and toffee notes.  Slightly sweet entry, body and very good structure in the mouth.
